AstroFrame Return Policy
1. General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AstroFrame. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase under the terms outlined below.
2. Quality Guarantee
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the products you order through AstroFrame. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Our quality assurance team will investigate and find a solution. If your claim is validated, we will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, we will provide a refund.
3. Color Consistency
While we use consistent print machines, paper types, and work processes to minimize color variations, 100% consistency cannot be achieved due to the chemical nature of printing. Factors such as machine type, settings, paper types, humidity, and cleaning schedules can influence the final result. Minor color variations are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products not caused by content provided by you, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes damage to delivered products, errors in the quantity delivered, and lack of quality in the delivered product.
5. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

7. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

9. Refunds

- Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. A new order can be placed with the updated address at your cost.
- Rejected by Recipient: If the shipment is rejected during delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. A new order can be placed with the updated address at your cost.
- Unclaimed: If the shipment is not claimed at the local post office or carrier pick-up point, it may be returned to the sender. A new order can be placed and the product price refunded, but shipping costs will still apply.
